Direct & Third-Party Sales: Haarshiv functions as both a direct seller and a platform for independent third-party vendors. We guarantee the quality, authenticity, and warranty of all products sold directly by Haarshiv.
Vendor Products: For products sold by other independent vendors, Haarshiv acts as a facilitator to ensure a smooth transaction. While we verify our vendors, the ultimate responsibility for those specific products lies with the respective seller.
3. User Account & Eligibility
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Pricing and Payments
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment Gateway: We use Razorpay as our secure payment partner. Your financial data is encrypted and processed through their secure servers; Haarshiv does not store your credit/debit card or banking details.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is handled by our logistics partners. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days across India.
For products sold directly by Haarshiv, we ensure prompt dispatch. For vendor products, the dispatch time may vary as per the vendor’s location.
6. Returns and Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos or unboxing videos).
