Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Haarshiv, we strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. As a multi-vendor marketplace, shipping is handled through our trusted delivery partners to ensure your products reach you safely.
1. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹199.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹199, a nominal shipping fee will be applied, which will be calculated at the time of checkout.
Remote Areas: Please note that for certain remote locations or long-distance deliveries (out of standard reach), an additional shipping surcharge may apply regardless of the order value. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you make the payment.
2. Delivery Timelines
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, it usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the product to reach your doorstep, depending on your location in India.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and the courier partner’s name. You can use this to track your package in real-time.
4. Delivery Address
We currently deliver to all major pin codes across India. Please provide your complete and accurate address with a valid phone number to ensure a smooth delivery process.
5. Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact our customer support at support@haarshiv.com immediately.
